Position: Senior Rebar Detailer / Project Coordinator
Location: Halifax
We are currently seeking a Senior Rebar Detailer / Project Coordinator to join our team in Halifax.
In this position, you will play a key role in preparing precise rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural specifications. Your work will contribute directly to efficient production and on-site installation, using industry tools such as AutoCAD and RebarCAD.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- At least 3 years of experience in rebar detailing
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client-service approach
- Solid technical and computer skills, with ease using specialized software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
