Account Manager

Position: Account Manager / Recruiter
Location: Toronto

Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong client relationships and growing your business? This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of one of our largest eCommerce clients while recruiting for a diverse mix of tech and non-tech positions across the Toronto region.

You’ll step into an established, high-volume account from day one, managing the client relationship and delivering strong recruitment results. As you deepen relationships across the organization, you’ll also have the opportunity to expand the account, uncover new business, and develop additional clients

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and strengthening the relationship with a major eCommerce client
- Recruiting for a variety of tech and non-tech positions
- Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
- Understanding the client’s evolving hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment support
- Expanding the account by building relationships with additional departments and decision-makers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Balancing recruitment delivery, client management, and business development

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in agency recruitment
- Strong client relationship and account management skills
- Experience recruiting for tech, corporate, or professional roles
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to growing accounts and developing business
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Someone who wants real ownership of their desk and the opportunity to make an impact

Work arrangement

- This position is based in Toronto and offers a hybrid schedule, with only two days per week in the office.
