Our client, a leading global investment and management firm is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (French/English)
In this role, you will support full-cycle recruitment across corporate and property roles nationally, with a strong focus on Quebec-based hiring. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
- Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across corporate functions and property management
- Source bilingual (French/English) talent through a combination of active outreach, job postings, and internal pipelines
- Conduct interviews and provide detailed candidate assessments and recommendations
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate or agency environment
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) — required
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different business functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with hiring managers at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
