Our client, a professional corporate office in downtown Toronto, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of internal communications and back-office operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail across the office
- Print, prepare, and coordinate delivery of time-sensitive business correspondence
- Ensure accurate handling and tracking of high-volume documents
- Maintain organization and efficiency within mailroom and document processes
- Support broader office operations and administrative tasks as required
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet daily deadlines
- Experience in retail, hospitality, warehouse, or administrative environments is an asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a corporate setting
