Description du poste :
Relevant du directeur financier, le ou la titulaire du poste contribuera activement à la gestion financière, à l’optimisation des processus et à la production d’informations stratégiques appuyant la prise de décision.
Responsabilités principales :
Comptabilité et production financière
- Superviser le cycle comptable complet
- Préparer les états financiers mensuels et annuels
- Analyser les écarts budgétaires
- Superviser les conciliations bancaires
- Gérer les travaux en cours (WIP) et la reconnaissance des revenus
- Participer à la préparation des dossiers de fin d’année
Contrôle interne et amélioration des processus
- Mettre en place et améliorer les contrôles internes
- Optimiser les processus comptables et administratifs
- Structurer les suivis de coûts par projet
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des outils de gestion
Gestion financière
- Participer à la gestion de trésorerie
- Produire des tableaux de bord financiers
- Analyser la rentabilité par projet
- Soutenir la direction dans la prise de décision
Leadership
- Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe comptable
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires
- Agir comme référence financière interne
Profil recherché :
- Titre CPA (atout important)
- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en comptabilité
- Expérience en PME (atout majeur)
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Bonne connaissance de logiciels comptables
- Rigueur, autonomie et esprit analytique
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will actively contribute to financial management, process optimization, and the production of strategic information to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire accounting cycle
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Analyze budget variances
- Oversee bank reconciliations
- Manage work in progress (WIP) and revenue recognition
