Overview
One of our clients is seeking a skilled Enterprise Developer to join their architecture and development team. This role is well-suited for someone with strong experience across Python, C#, and .NET environments, including legacy systems, and a passion for modernizing applications and building scalable microservices.
You’ll play a key role in transforming legacy platforms, developing cloud-native solutions, and contributing to enterprise-wide application architecture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Python and C# - Refactor and modernize legacy applications, including ASP.NET frameworks - Migrate monolithic systems to microservices-based architectures - Support cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift strategies - Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) - Develop and deploy solutions within cloud environments, primarily AWS - Ensure application security and adherence to best practices - Optimize SQL database performance (queries, indexing, design) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend or enterprise software development - Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, and microservices - Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM, CPQ) - Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture - Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms - Exposure to AI/LLM integrations in enterprise environments (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, tool usage, evaluation) - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot) - Experience with legacy frameworks such as ASP.NET and modernization efforts - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) - Strong understanding of application security best practices - Proven experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure or Google Cloud - Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices - Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
