We are currently looking for skilled Automation Commissioning Technicians to support the setup, commissioning, and maintenance of automated industrial equipment. This role is well suited for licensed 442A Industrial Electricians or 433A Millwrights who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment is properly installed, fully operational, and running efficiently to support production. Key Responsibilities:

- Install, assemble, and bring automated systems into operation, including conveyors and material handling equipment
- Configure, test, and adjust PLCs and control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues during startup and production
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Document maintenance work, repairs, and system updates
- Provide technical support to internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

- 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or 442A Industrial Electrician license strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical field (asset)
- Experience working with automated equipment in a commissioning or maintenance capacity
- Knowledge of PLC logic and programming
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems (up to 600V AC) and low-voltage controls
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
- Reliable team player with strong problem-solving skills
