Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: $35-$40/hr

Join our government-based client as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take charge of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on filling multiple positions while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What You'll Do:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance
- Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency + in-house)
- Proven high-volume recruitment expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
