Position: Bilingual Client Service Associate (French/English)
Location: Downtown Toronto (steps from Union Station) – Onsite
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in the pension and retirement services space. This is a high-volume, client-facing role suited to professionals with strong financial services experience who are ready to work in a structured, regulated environment.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone & email) in French and English
- Provide accurate guidance on pension and retirement plan questions
- Assess client needs, analyze their situation, and determine appropriate next steps or solutions
- Resolve requests where possible in real time and escalate complex matters when required
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and compliant client communication in a regulated environment
What you must have (non-negotiable):
- Fluent bilingual French & English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of client service experience in a financial services, insurance, pension, or benefits environment
- Direct exposure to pensions, retirement plans, group benefits, or other regulated financial products
Strong assets:
- Experience with pension lifecycle events (e.g., transfers, buybacks, retirement processing)
- Familiarity with financial/retirement legislation or regulated service environments
- Experience in high-volume client service or call centre environments within banking/insurance
- Working toward or interest in pension/financial designations (RRA, CEBS, etc.)
