Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to 34 senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, and special events.
- Act as a key point of contact for executives, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office, helping to create a seamless and professional experience for executives, clients, and visitors.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and contribute wherever needed to support the business.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or managing complex administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial or collaborative environment where you've worn multiple hats and taken ownership beyond your core responsibilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
