Position: HR Coordinator (People & Talent)
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + bonus + RRSP + full benefits + vacation

An exciting HR Coordinator opportunity is available with a globally recognized investment organization known for its stability, strong leadership, and collaborative, high-performing corporate environment. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key part in supporting business operations while contributing to a seamless and positive employee experience.

What you’ll be doing:

- Coordinating full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting new hire orientations and broader employee lifecycle activities
- Maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS
- Processing employee changes including promotions and transfers
- Assisting with HR reporting, including headcount and turnover metrics
- Managing employee inquiries and supporting the HR inbox
- Drafting employment letters and supporting internal communications
- Monitoring contracts, work permits, and key employee milestones

What they’re looking for:

- 1–2 years of experience in HR, coordination, or administrative support
- Post-secondary education required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Experience with HR systems is considered an asset
