Data Coordinator (Salesforce & Reporting)

Position: Data Coordinator (Salesforce & Reporting)
Location: Fully remote
Salary: $25–$26 per hour
Job Type: 3-month contract (40 hours/week) with potential extension to 6 months
Posting Type: Open vacancy

Scope of Work:

- Audit and validate all opportunities for 2025 and 2026
- Validate opportunity data fields for accuracy and consistency
- Align Salesforce records with Intacct where applicable

Experience Required:

- Strong experience using Salesforce (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, IF statements, and data validation)
- Experience with Intacct or similar ERP/financial systems
- Background in Sales Operations or Finance Operations
- Prior experience in auditing or data validation roles
