Position: Project Manager in roofing

We are searching for a Project Manager in roofing with strong estimating and field coordination experience. This role oversees projects from pre‑construction through completion while working closely with field teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple commercial/residential roofing projects end‑to‑end
- Prepare estimates, take-offs, and review client requirements
- Track schedules, labor, materials, and project costs
- Coordinate daily activities with foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Ensure job sites meet safety standards and company procedures
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve field issues
- Communicate with consultants, inspectors, and property representatives

Requirements:

- At least 5 years in commercial or industrial roofing
- Project management or senior field leadership experience
- Estimating and take-off experience
- Strong understanding of drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office; drafting knowledge an asset
