Position: Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer (Internship)
Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
Salary: $20 per hour
Start: Summer 2026 (opportunity to extend)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer Intern to join our New York team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work inside a high-performance agency recruiting environment, supporting some of the fastest growing technology companies across AI, fintech, gaming, and emerging startups.

What you will do:

- Source engineering talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms
- Build targeted candidate pipelines
- Write and send outreach to engage high-caliber candidates
- Support live searches by screening and qualifying profiles
- Work with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs across clients
- Track outreach activity and manage pipelines in recruiting systems
- Learn core sourcing, market mapping, and candidate evaluation skills
