Working closely with Plant Leadership and key stakeholders, you'll help drive decisions, communicate priorities and production updates, solve problems before they impact operations, and play a critical role in keeping the business moving forward. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll regularly participate in planning discussions and serve as a key point of coordination across multiple departments.

What youll be doing:
- Build and manage production timelines to support operational requirements and customer demand
- Coordinate production priorities based on inventory, order volume, and available resources
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize disruptions
- Partner with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required
- Review inventory levels and identify potential shortages or bottlenecks
- Communicate scheduling updates and operational changes with internal departments
- Generate reports related to production performance, delivery timelines, and operational metrics
- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency
- Assist leadership with planning analysis and operational reporting
