As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily sales operations through administrative coordination, contract processing, travel planning, invoice management, and cross-functional communication. What you’ll be doing:

- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team and leadership
- Coordinate purchase order approvals, invoices, and cheque requisitions
- Support contract processing and related documentation
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics for internal and external events
- Create and maintain internal forms, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate ordering of materials and process invoices for payment
- Assist with logistics coordination and operational support activities
- Manage sample coordination for conferences, field teams, and external events through third-party vendors
- Maintain and compile competitive product and market information
- Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to support daily operations
- Assist with project coordination and administrative reporting as required

What we’re looking for:

- 2 or more years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or project support role
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced corporate environment (medical related environment is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, or financial coordination processes
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with databases, reporting systems, or inventory tracking tools is considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to daily tasks
