As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll support the performance and reliability of production and facility equipment through preventative maintenance, repairs, and ongoing technical support. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with automated equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and contributing to a high-performing team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair work on production machinery and facility equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
- Perform equipment adjustments, calibrations, and component replacements as needed
- Interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documents to diagnose equipment problems
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update preventative maintenance activities within the tracking system
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime
- Assist with facility upkeep including plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Follow all workplace safety standards and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures
- Support additional maintenance projects and operational initiatives as required

What we’re looking for:

- Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as multimeters
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
- Basic computer knowledge and strong attention to detail
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
- Dependable with strong attendance and teamwork skills
