As the Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing market presence by developing partnerships with retailers, designers, fabricators, builders, and other industry professionals. What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Kitchen & Bath dealers, interior designers, builders, fabricators, and related clients
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular client meetings, showroom visits, presentations, and prospecting activities
- Deliver product demonstrations, Lunch & Learns, and educational presentations to promote product awareness and applications
- Work closely with leadership to execute territory growth strategies and achieve sales targets
- Track customer interactions, leads, projects, and sales activity within the CRM system
- Support showroom merchandising by coordinating displays, samples, and promotional materials
- Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Act as a liaison between clients and distribution partners to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical applications to effectively support clients
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of sales experience within Kitchen & Bath, interior design, building materials, construction, or a related industry
- Experience working with retailers, designers, contractors, or specification-based sales environments preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and grow sales within a territory
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally and attend occasional evening or weekend events when required
