Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for architecture, design, and construction? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization that partners with leading architects, designers, developers, builders, and fabricators across North America. Working with a premium architectural surface product, you'll play a key role in influencing material selections on high-profile residential and commercial projects from concept through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the specification sales process and enjoys building relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and fabricators to ensure products are specified early in the project lifecycle and carried through to installation.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, design firms, builders, developers, contractors, fabricators, and other specification influencers
- Drive product specifications by promoting architectural surface solutions during the design and planning stages of projects
- Conduct Lunch & Learns, product presentations, educational seminars, and design consultations within the A&D community
- Identify and track commercial and residential construction projects from specification through installation
- Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of specified projects
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of specification opportunities and project leads
- Prospect for new business opportunities and expand relationships within the architecture, design, and construction markets
- Utilize CRM tools to manage project pipelines, client activity, specifications, and opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings to strengthen market presence
- Stay current on industry trends, architectural products, construction methods, and design innovations
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, fabricators, or related specification-driven environments
- Background in architectural products, building materials, interior finishes, surfacing products, commercial interiors, construction, or design-focused industries preferred
- Experience conducting presentations, Lunch & Learns, and educational product sessions
- Understanding of the architectural specification process and project lifecycle is strongly preferred
- Strong business development, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
- Experience managing a sales territory and developing new business opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the GTA
