Data Governance Lead

Position: Data Governance Specialist
Location: GTA
Salary: $125,000–$140,000

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Data Governance Lead to support a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for establishing and operationalizing a company-wide data governance framework while leading critical data migration activities across multiple business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and stewardship processes
- Lead data migration efforts for ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Develop and execute data mapping, transformation rules, validation processes, and cutover plans
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and quality assurance activities to ensure migration readiness

Technical Focus Areas:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- ERP data structures, hierarchies, integrations, and master data management
- Data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Data migration planning and execution across multiple systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Experience with ETL processes, data quality tools, and integration platforms
- Exposure to Microsoft Purview, Salesforce CRM, Maximo, Navision, or Business Central is considered an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, or ERP data migration initiatives
- Proven experience leading data migration workstreams within large ERP transformation programs
