Position: Executive Assistant (12-month contract)
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid work model)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits + paid vacation

Our client, a globally recognized institutional investment organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leaders within a collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing to an organization known for excellence, innovation, and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to Managing Directors and senior leadership teams
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders, departments, and global time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and executive documentation
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, virtual meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Support departmental initiatives, leadership meetings, onboarding activities, and team events
- Process expense reports and maintain records and documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, assistants, vendors, and business partners
- Ensure meeting preparation materials and follow-up items are coordinated as required
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Support critical internal processes and provide overall departmental support
Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree preferred
- 6+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related experience
- Experience supporting senior executives within a professional corporate environment
- Experience with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, and expense processing
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation
- Experience within financial services, investment management, banking, professional services, consulting, or a related industry is considered a strong asset
