Salary: $105- $110/hour INC for 37.5 hours per week

We are partnering with a large Canadian enterprise undergoing significant transformation across its Workday, CRM, and customer service technology landscape. Following a recent Workday ERP go-live and with additional enterprise initiatives planned over the next several years, we are seeking a senior Business Technology Project Manager to provide technical leadership, vendor governance, and operational oversight across critical business applications.

This is not a traditional project management role. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring enterprise applications remain stable, optimized, and aligned with business objectives. The environment includes Workday Finance and HR, Dynamics 365 CRM, contact centre technologies, and cloud-based platforms supporting a large-scale customer operations portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead technology operations and governance across Workday Finance and HR environments
- Manage and challenge AMS vendors to ensure service quality, accountability, and SLA compliance
- Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Support enterprise application enhancements, upgrades, releases, and operational planning
- Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee application support activities across Workday, CRM, and integrated enterprise systems
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver ongoing improvements and operational excellence

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Leadership roles
- Strong experience supporting or managing Workday Finance and/or Workday HCM environments
- Experience with Workday implementations, post-go-live support, enhancements, and vendor management
- Proven experience managing AMS providers, implementation partners, or outsourced support teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
- Experience leading enterprise application support, governance, and operational initiatives
- Technical background as a Business Analyst, Developer, Product Owner, Technical Lead, or similar is highly desirable
- Ability to challenge assumptions, investigate issues, and drive solutions in complex environments

Nice to Have:

- Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Contact Centre or CCaaS platform experience
- Azure and cloud governance exposure
- ITIL knowledge
- Workday or Dynamics certifications
