Position: Manager, End User Operations
Location: Mississauga / Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Our client, a well-established Canadian organization, is hiring a Manager, End User Operations to lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional IT support and end-user services across a distributed national environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, customer service, and technology. You'll lead a team of IT support professionals while partnering closely with business stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals across multiple locations
- Drive service excellence, ticket resolution, and end-user satisfaction
- Support executive stakeholders through a high-touch, white-glove support model
- Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, device deployments, and technology rollouts
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery performance
- Track and improve operational metrics, SLAs, and support processes
- Collaborate with IT leadership on service improvement initiatives and operational strategy
- Help modernize support operations through automation, process improvements, and new technologies
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading Desktop Support, End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk, or IT Operations teams
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support executive stakeholders
- Experience working in Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and service management best practices
- Exposure to endpoint management technologies and modern workplace platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Experience supporting multiple offices, branches, or distributed user groups is highly preferred
