Our client, a well-established international food manufacturer, is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join its growing Western Canada sales team.

Whether you've worked in restaurants, hospitality, catering, hotels or foodservice, this is an excellent opportunity to transition into outside sales while receiving comprehensive coaching, mentorship and ongoing training. You'll inherit an established customer base while developing new business throughout the Winnipeg area.

What you'll be doing:

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Visit customers throughout the Winnipeg region (approximately 70% of your time)
- Present new products and organize product demonstrations and tastings
- Prepare product samples before customer visits
- Build long-term relationships with customers in the foodservice industry
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Manage your own schedule and territory
- Complete administrative work and sales planning remotely on Fridays
- Collaborate with colleagues across Western Canada and internal support teams

We'd love to meet you if you have:

- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels, catering, food service, food distribution or a related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- An interest in building a career in outside sales
- A positive, self-motivated and organized approach
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout your territory
- Residence in Winnipeg or the surrounding area
