Position: Financial Data Support Specialist

Salary: $23-$27/hr

Our client, a leading wealth management firm, is hiring Financial Data Support Specialists to support its Financial Planning team. This role is responsible for preparing client-ready financial planning documentation, maintaining accurate client data, and organizing files across financial planning systems. We are recruiting multiple candidates, and at least one successful candidate must be bilingual (English and French).

Key Responsibilities:

- Review financial plans and generate client-ready PDF reports.
- Organize and upload finalized documents using standardized naming conventions.
- Validate and update client data across Voyant and Planworth.
- Maintain accurate, organized client files for advisor access.
- Identify and escalate documentation or data discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning support preferred.
- Familiarity with Voyant, Planworth, Microsoft Office, and OneDrive is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- At least one successful candidate must be bilingual (English and French)
