Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)
Salary: $21-$24/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Our downtown Toronto client is seeking a reliable, professional, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative and workplace support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization
- Maintain reception, kitchen, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming workplace
- Support office upkeep, including loading and unloading the dishwasher, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining refreshments
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and basic workplace needs
- Assist with meeting room preparation and general office support
Qualifications:
- Previous reception, office administration, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a professional office environment
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
