Our client, a well-established boutique financial firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking a proactive and polished Senior Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative team. This opportunity will begin as an ongoing contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right individual.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a smaller office environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to executives and the broader team. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys wearing many hats, isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple executives and the broader office.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Support team events, projects, and ad hoc administrative initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality while building strong relationships across the business.
- Take initiative and provide support wherever needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executives or senior leadership.
- Previous experience within financial services or another professional services environment is considered an asset.
- Hospitality or customer service experience is highly valued, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and is always willing to roll up their sleeves to support the team.
