Warehouse Administrator

Position: Warehouse Administrator (SAP)
Location: Mississauga ON
Salary: $22–$25/hr.
Job Type: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Are you an organized administrative professional with warehouse experience and strong SAP skills? We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day warehouse operations by managing inventory records, shipping documentation, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain warehouse records
- Track inventory and update documentation in SAP
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving paperwork
- Organize and maintain files and documentation
- Communicate with warehouse staff to support daily operations
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Provide general administrative support as required

What we're looking for:

- Previous warehouse administration experience
- Hands-on experience using SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Steel-toed safety shoes are required
