About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established commercial real estate and asset management firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a team of senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to a team of senior professionals, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports.
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including boardrooms, catering, visitor logistics, and courier services.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, liaising with vendors, maintaining shared spaces, and ensuring a polished workplace environment.
- Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as required.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, tenants, and external partners while delivering exceptional service.
- Provide reception coverage as needed and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office culture.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of administrative experience within a professional corporate environment.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
