What you'll be doing:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations while leading the implementation of a new manufacturing line
- Manage production planning, demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory, and procurement
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing processes, and increase production efficiency
- Lead production staff while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery
- Develop scalable manufacturing processes to support future growth
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience in a regulated environment
- Experience overseeing production planning, forecasting, supply chain, and manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, and Health Canada regulations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience launching new production lines or scaling manufacturing operations is highly preferred
- Medical device, optics, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience is a strong asset
