Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join their team in Brantford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in GMP, quality systems, investigations, and compliance who wants to play an active role in maintaining product quality and supporting continuous improvement.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality processes are followed, documentation is accurate and up to date, and potential quality issues are identified and addressed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and review controlled quality documentation, including SOPs, forms, records, and related quality materials.
- Support the investigation and resolution of deviations, quality events, and non-conformances.
- Assist with CAPA and change control processes, including documentation, follow-up, and tracking.
- Help maintain supplier quality and compliance documentation and support supplier qualification activities.
- Monitor and track quality-related data, records, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and maintain employee quality and compliance training records.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and overall audit readiness.
- Assist with product release and other quality review activities as required.
- Work with manufacturing and other departments to identify quality concerns and ensure established procedures are followed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help strengthen quality processes across operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Science, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of GMP requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience with quality processes such as deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, and/or document control.
- Comfortable working with electronic quality systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
