Working within a small, highly engaged team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by strengthening the organization's security posture, responding to security incidents, and driving modernization across multiple security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing reports, security alerts, and suspicious activity.
- Manage and maintain key cybersecurity technologies, including vulnerability management, email security, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
- Monitor and analyze security events across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring timely detection and remediation of threats.
- Lead and support cybersecurity projects focused on improving security infrastructure, logging, identity and access management, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture, implement security best practices, and resolve complex security issues.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or security engineering.
- Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident investigation, vulnerability management, SIEM, endpoint protection, and email security technologies.
- Experience identifying, investigating, and mitigating malicious activity across enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience in a financial services or other highly regulated environment is preferred; SANS (GIAC), CISSP, or other recognized cybersecurity certifications are considered strong assets.

Additional Information:

- On-Call Rotation: One-week rotation (including weekends) using a primary, secondary, and tertiary support model.
