Position: Senior Program Test Manager / QA Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Program
Location: Remote – Mississauga (occasional onsite as required)
Salary: $120-$130 per hour
Job Type: Contract – 2-year duration

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Test Manager / QA Lead to provide quality leadership for a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation initiative.  This is a senior governance role responsible for defining the testing strategy, ensuring quality standards are met, managing testing risks, and providing independent readiness assessments before production release. This role will lead testing efforts but will not perform hands-on test execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall testing strategy and QA governance for a large enterprise transformation
- Establish testing processes, standards, reporting, and quality metrics
- Provide production readiness assessments and executive reporting
- Partner with program leadership, business teams, and vendors
- Leverage AI tools to support test planning and test case development

Required Experience:

- Extensive experience leading QA/testing for large-scale transformation programs
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager, Program Test Lead, or QA Leader
- Strong experience with test strategy, governance, and enterprise implementations
- Experience leading testing on complex ERP or business transformation initiatives
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation experience (ideal)
