Our client is opening a brand-new luxury retirement community in Leaside and is looking for an experienced Dining Room & Hospitality Manager to join its founding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a restaurant or hospitality manager who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences. Retirement experience is not required. Our client welcomes candidates from high-volume restaurants, hotels and other service-focused hospitality environments.

Your responsibilities:

- Oversee daily dining-room and beverage operations
- Lead, schedule and develop a team of approximately 20 employees
- Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
- Coordinate dining service, catering and special events
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and guests
- Manage staffing, expenses and departmental budgets
- Ensure food-safety and licensing requirements are followed

What you bring:

- Three to five years of restaurant, hospitality or food-service management experience
- Experience leading a front-of-house service team
- Strong customer-service, communication and organizational skills
- A hands-on, positive and solutions-focused leadership style
- Smart Serve certification
