Client Success Account Manager

Position: Client Success Account Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $30.00–$32.00 per hour
Job Type: Contract 

We’re hiring a Client Success Account Manager to join the clie partnerships team of a leading global technology company. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer success or B2B client support who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced digital environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for B2B clients, supporting account questions, requests and issues
• Manage incoming client requests through a ticket management system and follow issues through to resolution
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues using internal tools, processes and resources
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve account, operational and platform-related requests
• Help clients navigate platform tools and resources to support their business needs
• Maintain accurate client and account information across CRM, ticketing and internal systems
• Identify recurring challenges and opportunities to improve the overall client experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B client support or a similar client-facing role
• Experience with ticket management platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Experience within SaaS, technology, e-commerce, marketplace or digital platform environments is an asset
