Residential Property Administrator

Position: Residential Property Administrator
Location: Cambridge, ON (On-Site)
Salary: $30–$32 per hour
Job Type: 5-month contract

Join a leading real estate and property management organization as a Residential Property Administrator and play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Build strong relationships with residents and respond to service needs
- Manage rent collection, arrears, notices, leases and resident records
- Support leasing, renewals and resident retention
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections and work orders
- Partner with maintenance, vendors and onsite teams to resolve issues quickly
- Support resident events and community initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Ontario tenancy, health & safety and building standards

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of residential property management, hospitality or customer-focused experience
- Post-secondary education in property management, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Ontario residential tenancy legislation
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment
- Flexibility around month-end and occasional after-hours emergencies
