Position: Customer Experience Representative

Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Representative who enjoys solving problems, keeping orders on track, and helping customers feel well supported. This is an opportunity to become a trusted point of contact for business customers while working closely with sales, operations, inventory, and credit teams.

The role centres on processing orders accurately, responding to inquiries, and following issues through to resolution. You will help customers navigate everything from product questions and delivery updates to returns and credits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely and helpful service
- Process and follow up on customer orders, meeting established cutoff times
- Track open orders, backorders, and deliveries, and keep customers informed of updates
- Coordinate returns, credits, proof of delivery requests, and product quality concerns
- Help customers identify products or suitable substitutions, drawing on internal teams when needed
- Work with sales, operations, inventory, and credit teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Identify recurring errors or service gaps and recommend practical improvements

Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate in both English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through in a busy environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Business to business customer service experience and postsecondary education are assets

This role is well suited to someone who takes ownership of customer concerns, enjoys working with a team, and can balance accurate order processing with warm, responsive service.
