Position: Part-Time Workplace Services Professional
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba – On site
Salary: $23.50/hour + 4% vacation time
Position Type: Part-time
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, typically 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility to cover a colleague’s absence

Our client is seeking a welcoming and organized Workplace Services Professional to help keep its Winnipeg office running smoothly. If you enjoy being the person who makes visitors feel at ease and helps an office day come together, this role offers a varied mix of reception, meeting support, and office coordination.

You will be a point of contact for clients and colleagues while supporting the day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors, and answer and direct incoming calls
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, events, and catering
- Support mailroom and café services
- Help maintain organized meeting rooms, workstations, supply areas, and printer spaces
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendors, and assist with invoice processing

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing a variety of requests
- A welcoming, professional approach to working with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to assist with both reception and hands-on office tasks
- Ability to work the stated schedule and provide occasional coverage when needed

This role could suit someone who enjoys creating a positive office experience and takes pride in the details that help a workplace run well. There is a possibility that the position could transition to a permanent role.
