Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, multi-entity organization undergoing significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate will help strengthen financial operations, support business expansion, and contribute to process improvements, with the potential to grow into a senior finance leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reporting packages.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support the preparation of audited financial statements and year-end activities.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and indirect tax regulations.
- Assist with the integration of new business entities and acquisitions.
- Develop and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Present financial results and provide analysis to support business decisions.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- CPA  
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a multi-entity or complex accounting environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems; QuickBooks experience is considered an asset
