Are you an experienced IT agency recruiter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering top tech talent, and managing a variety of exciting recruitment mandates?
Quantum is looking for a driven and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our established Toronto team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, strengthen your presence in the GTA technology market, and work alongside a supportive, high-performing team backed by more than 55 years of industry experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of IT and technology roles, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and project management.
- Source, engage, and build relationships with top IT professionals across Toronto and the GTA.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of technology talent and industry contacts.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced team to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, hiring trends, and developments in the IT recruitment market.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally specializing in IT and technology roles.
- Strong understanding of the Toronto and GTA technology market.
- A versatile recruiter comfortable working across different IT specializations and technical skill sets.
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
- A skilled headhunter with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A proactive, results-driven professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment.
