Schedule: Rotating eight-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays; minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
Term: November 2, 2026 to April 30, 2027

Our client is seeking a bilingual Parking Call Centre Agent to help patients, visitors, and staff navigate parking questions and resolve issues as they arise. This is a part-time, weekend role for someone who can stay calm on the phone, work accurately across computer systems, and provide helpful service when people need an answer.

You will provide live support by telephone and intercom, assist with parking passes, and follow established procedures to resolve or escalate concerns. Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Additional weekday shifts may be available to cover vacations or absences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer parking inquiries and assist users by telephone and intercom.
- Help patients and visitors purchase parking passes.
- Diagnose and resolve parking issues, escalating calls when required.
- Monitor parking privileges and follow established parking policies and procedures.
- Enter information accurately and provide reports or updates to supervisors

Qualifications:

- At least three months of computerized contact centre experience
- Advanced spoken English and French, including comprehension in both languages
- Data entry skills and intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Strong customer service, listening, organization, and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal records check, the hospital’s health assessment, and the required immunization documentation.
