Junior Sourcer / Recruitment Coordinator

Position: Junior Sourcer/Recruitment Coordinator 
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid)
Salary: $28–$30/hour, depending on experience
Posting Type: Open vacancy
Job Type: Contract (Approximately 2 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: 35 hours per week, Tuesday–Thursday in office

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sourcer / Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy HR team with priority hiring initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on sourcing experience who can quickly navigate internal recruitment systems, identify qualified candidates, and provide recruitment support with minimal direction. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Source candidates through internal talent pools, existing recruitment databases, and external job boards.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Support HR Business Partners with recruitment for priority vacancies.
- Prepare interview packages and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
- Proctor in-person technical assessments.
- Assist with recruitment coordination and orientation activities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through internal recruitment systems and existing talent pools is essential.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
- Immediate availability preferred.
