We’re looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Part Delivery Driver to support daily deliveries, inventory management, and customer service for a well-established organization in the automotive and industrial coatings industry.

This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll visit customer locations throughout the Belleville region and surrounding areas, deliver products, monitor inventory levels, and help ensure customers have what they need to keep their operations running smoothly. You’ll also support warehouse fulfillment, order preparation, and inventory reporting, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and working directly with customers.

What’s in it for you?

- Competitive annual salary of $55,000
- Annual performance-based bonus of up to 10% of salary, based on employee and company performance (prorated based on start date)
- Full-time day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 15 days of vacation per calendar year, prorated based on start date
- Benefits and retirement savings plan (RRP) effective immediately
- $200 annual work boot reimbursement after 90 days
- $400 annual fitness credit after 90 days
- Stable, growing organization with long-term career potential
- Independent, customer-facing role with a mix of driving, warehouse work, and inventory management

What you’ll be doing:

- Complete daily deliveries to customer locations throughout the Belleville region and surrounding areas, with significant time spent on the road.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by visiting automotive and industrial shops and providing responsive, professional service.
- Monitor customer inventory levels, replenish stock, and identify products that need to be reordered using an iPad-based inventory system.
- Pick, pack, prepare, and load orders for delivery, ensuring products are accurate and ready on time.
- Conduct scheduled and month-end inventory counts at customer locations and reconcile stock levels as required.
- Enter inventory information, update Excel files, access customer portals, and maintain accurate records using various computer programs.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to customers and their accounting teams.
- Assist with paint mixing and product weighing in the mixing room as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries, answer general product-related questions, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
- Use warehouse equipment, such as a manual pallet jack, to move products safely.
- Follow all driving, vehicle, and workplace safety procedures.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safe driving.
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday driving between customer locations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact professionally with customers.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple programs, use an iPad, work with Excel files, and access online portals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when tracking inventory and preparing reports.
- A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to assist with both delivery and warehouse duties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and experience with automotive, industrial, paint, or coating products are considered assets.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.

If you enjoy a role that combines driving, customer interaction, inventory management, and hands-on work, this is an opportunity to join a supportive team where reliability, initiative, and customer service make a real difference.
