Position: OT Cybersecurity System Analyst - Real Estate
Location: Downtown Toronto
Salary: $50-$70 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid (1-3 days per week onsite) 35 per week
Job Type: 12 months (Potential for Extension or Conversion)

Our client, a leading commercial real estate organization, is looking for an OT Cybersecurity System Analyst to help secure the operational technology environments that support critical building operations across a large portfolio of properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT cybersecurity professional who enjoys day-to-day operational vulnerability management, risk assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and securing building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform OT vulnerability assessment, prioritization, reporting, remediation tracking, and escalation activities.
- Maintain OT cybersecurity tools, dashboards, reporting, alerting, and endpoint protection capabilities.
- Coordinate remediation efforts with facilities, operations, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Support OT risk assessments, network security initiatives, incident response activities, and cybersecurity governance. 

Key Qualifications:

- 2-5+ years of experience in OT/ICS environments, including BACnet/MSTP, Modbus, LoRaWAN, PLCs, or RTUs.
- Experience with OT vulnerability management, patch tracking, and risk assessment using tools such as Qualys and PAN IoT Security.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with OT network segmentation, endpoint security solutions, and cybersecurity best practices; Palo Alto experience is highly preferred.
