Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Location: London, SWO

About the Role:

Our client, a top 5 market leader in Canada, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell prescription medications to healthcare professionals within Southwestern Ontario inclusive of London to Windsor. This role focuses on building strong relationships, driving product awareness, and achieving sales objectives through strategic account management and clinical expertise. The company has seen double digit sales growth in the last 10 years, and they need a business driver to continue to accelerate that growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the territory
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and clinical information in compliance with industry standards
- Analyze territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and plan sales strategies
- Organize and participate in educational events, conferences, and meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and territory coverage
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems

Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales (new graduates with relevant backgrounds considered) preferred
- Successful and proven track record in B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
