Position: Account Executive – Dermo Cosmetics

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to manage and grow our dermo-cosmetic business in the Southwestern Ontario territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and other skincare professionals, driving sales, and ensuring brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and other key accounts.
- Educate clients on our product portfolio, demonstrating features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to generate demand and increase market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to implement promotional campaigns and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates on a regular basis.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in dermo-cosmetics, skincare, aesthetics, or pharmaceutical/beauty industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of dermo-cosmetic products and skincare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a territory-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Southwestern Ontario.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
