Position: Administrative Clerk/Receptionist

Our reputable client, a well-known organization located in the Oakville area, has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Clerk/Receptionist. If you’re hard-working and eager to contribute your organizational skills and professionalism to a dedicated team then please apply immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced production environment, review emails for specific information
- General Reception duties
- Identify key information in request submitted through email to determine the method of response, email or mail-out
- Review all information for accuracy and work with customers on resolving any discrepancies
- Follow established processes for tracking and logging information
Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of computer software including MS Word, Excel, Data Entry, and experience with general accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 1 year of previous work experience
