Location: 4 days onsite, Downtown Toronto
Salary: $110K-$145K

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Developer to design, develop, and implement marketing technology solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products. Reporting to development leadership, this role is responsible for enabling personalized digital experiences, optimizing digital platforms, and ensuring effective use of Adobe tools to meet evolving customer expectations.

This is an onsite position suited for someone passionate about delivering innovative, data-driven marketing solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEM and related marketing technologies.
- Build and maintain reusable components, templates, and workflows to support digital marketing initiatives.
- Integrate Adobe platforms with enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and customer experience capabilities.
- Support personalization, experimentation, and customer journey optimization initiatives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Adobe-based solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud (including AEM and related tools).
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration best practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or modernization initiatives preferred.
- Adobe certifications or related technical certifications considered an asset.
