À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un analyste financier principal spécialisé en information financière pour rejoindre notre équipe Finance en pleine croissance. Il s’agit d’un remplacement, et bien que l’équipe se soit élargie, les responsabilités principales demeurent centrées sur la préparation et l’analyse des états financiers. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans le renforcement de notre fonction de rapport financier, particulièrement dans le cadre de notre conversion vers les normes US GAAP.

Priorités clés (6–12 premiers mois)
- Intégration rapide dans l’équipe (3–6 mois).
- Prise en charge complète de la préparation des états financiers (trimestriels et annuels).
- Participation à la conversion vers les normes US GAAP, incluant la reconstitution des périodes Q1 à Q3 et la préparation du T4.

Projets immédiats après l’intégration
- Préparation des états financiers Q3 et Q4.

Qualifications essentielles (non négociables) :

- Titre CPA (CPA — CGA ou CMA non acceptés).
- 3 à 4 années d’expérience en audit en cabinet comptable.
- Solide maîtrise des normes IFRS et/ou US GAAP.
- Bonne compréhension des contrôles internes ; connaissance de SOX un atout.

Position: Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Reporting)
Location: Brossard

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Reporting) to join our expanding Finance team. This role is a replacement hire, and while the team has grown, the core responsibilities remain focused on the preparation and analysis of financial statements. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our financial reporting function, particularly as we increase our focus on financial statements (FS) and require support for a US GAAP conversion.

Top Priorities (First 6–12 Months)
- Rapid onboarding and integration into the team (3–6 months).
- Ownership of financial statement preparation (quarterly & annual).
- Support the US GAAP conversion, including restating Q1–Q3 and contributing to Q4 reporting.

Immediate Projects Post-Onboarding
- Preparation of Q3 and Q4 financial statements.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) :

- CPA designation (CPA; not CGA or CMA).
- 3–4 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Solid understanding of internal controls; SOX exposure is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience with SOX frameworks.
- Relevant industry experience (highly preferred but not required).
