Position: Automotive Specialist
Location: Vancouver – 1 day in office
Salary: $75K to $77K (based on experience)

In this role, you will:

- Exceed customer expectations
- Handle automotive warranty claims and loss adjusting
- Facilitate program administration tasks
- Provide exceptional support to dealers, insurance companies, repair facilities, and clients
- Analyze and adjust claims accurately
- Coordinate claims processes to meet service levels and commitments
- Liaise with various stakeholders promptly and courteously
- Support the claims adjustment process with related tasks

Requirements:

- Experience as an auto mechanic, service advisor, body technician, service manager, warranty administrator, or auto claims adjuster
- Education in insurance or automotive fields is an asset
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Good computer skills and aptitude for learning new technology
- Highly customer service-oriented, organized, attentive to detail, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
